Marsa — Real Estate, Architecture branding case study

Real Estate, Architecture Marsa

Real Estate, Architecture  ·  Concept

A brand that lives inside the building itself

A premium waterfront concept needed a full brand world. The scope covered identity, architectural direction, interior concept design, brochure, social campaign, mobile interface, and launch visuals, one system, built together. Presented as concept and pitch material, not yet built.

Marsa

Identity

Everything built around a single line, Anchored in Elegance, with every touchpoint made to prove it. Arabic and English carried equal visual weight, neither serving as a translation of the other. The palette earned actual names: Deep Marine Blue, Brushed Bronze, Sea Salt Ivory, Soft Sand, Mist Blue Grey.

Marsa — Identity

Architectural Direction

Architecture and interiors were directed as part of the brand strategy itself, from the very first sketch. The same visual language moved from logo to brochure to mobile interface to exhibition stand without losing coherence at any handoff. AI-assisted visual exploration accelerated iteration. The eye stayed ours on every direction that shipped.

Marsa — Architectural Direction

What it built: a brand designed to live inside the building itself, felt before it's read.
