1. Who these terms are between

The website qiwam.studio is operated by Qiwam W.L.L. (“Qiwam”, “we”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is

The Site is an online portfolio and information about Qiwam’s services. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quote, or a promise of a particular result. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract; any engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement.

3. Using the Site

You agree not to:

• use the Site unlawfully or in breach of these terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or disrupt it;
• scrape, copy or republish its content at scale, or use it to train models, without our written permission;
• misrepresent your identity in a form submission.

4. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, layout, code, and the Qiwam name and marks are owned by Qiwam or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to pages; you may not reuse the content commercially without written consent.

Client work shown in the portfolio remains the property of the respective clients and is displayed to illustrate Qiwam’s work. Third-party names, logos, and product marks that appear in case studies (including vehicle makes and brand names) belong to their respective owners. Their appearance is descriptive and does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement. Some imagery is AI-assisted visualisation created for concept and pitch purposes and does not depict real products, people or events unless stated. If you own rights in something shown here and want it changed or removed, email Hala@qiwam.studio and we will act promptly.

5. Links to other sites

Where the Site links out, we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we give no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of its content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qiwam is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or goodwill arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under the law of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at BHD 100.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Qiwam against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the Site is the one that applies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable right a consumer has to bring proceedings in their own country.
