• How do I actually start working with Qiwam?

  Fill out the form on the Contact page. It's a short exchange, a clear read on where things stand, and an honest answer on whether Qiwam is the right fit — if it's not, you'll know that too, and quickly.

• Do you have set pricing or packages?

  No pricing is published here on purpose. Every engagement starts with a conversation about what's actually needed, then gets scoped from there — a single project and a ten-brand rollout aren't priced the same way.

• What does the process actually look like?

  Four stages: Diagnose (where the brand actually stands, before any visual direction), Build (strategy first, identity follows, built by the same team that diagnosed it), Direct (the identity put to work everywhere the brand shows up), and Create (the system handed over, built to keep working after we've moved on).

• Who do you usually work with?

  Corporations and real estate that can't afford to look unfinished. Art, culture, and fashion that refuse to blend in. Technology and experience that need soul, not just specs.

• Is Qiwam a new studio?

  Yes — Qiwam launched this year. The person building it has spent more than two decades in the industry working across brand strategy, identity, and design, alongside senior specialists who each bring their own years of practice.

• Do you design in Arabic and English together, or translate after?

  Together, from the first sketch. Most studios in the GCC region still design in English and adjust for Arabic afterward — we build both at once, because a brand that only half-understands the language it's speaking in was never fully built to begin with.

• What services do you actually offer?

• How do you actually use AI in the work?

  As a tool, never a shortcut past the thinking. It shortens the distance between an idea and seeing it — a mockup, a visualisation, a concept pass — without shortening the judgment that decides if it's right. Where it's the actual offer (AI Studio & Systems), we say so directly.

• Where are you based, and do you work outside Bahrain?

  Based in Bahrain, and the whole team is from the GCC region. Client work has covered Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and beyond — the enquiry form works the same regardless of where you're writing from.

• What happens to my information after I submit the contact form?

  It goes to Qiwam to respond to your enquiry — nothing else. Enquiry emails are kept while we're in contact and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted, unless they become part of a signed engagement. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
